National Storage - Westlake

This is the first time I have ever entertained storing my vehicle for the winter season in an outside location. So far, I have to say, the process has been very smooth, and the staff extremely accommodating and helpful. What impressed me the most was the condition of the facility, which is very clean and well secured and maintained. You can cover your vehicle and leave it on trickle charge for the duration and the lift storage system is thoughtful and well organized. I handed over my keys and left there with confidence, knowing that my vehicle is clearly in good hands.

I have used National Storage twice now. They are so nice and very professional. I really feel like my business is important to them. Overall, I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Great business and great service.

Great experience! Good value deal around Black Friday for their winter special and the staff were tremendously helpful in getting my storage unit all set up and ready for me to use. Very nice clean and secure facility as well.

This is my first time using a self-storage place. They made it easy to set up and explained everything, from the type of locks that would work to how to access the lot after-hours (not available overnight, though). Prices seem to be on-par with other storage places nearby, some of whose ratings are substantially lower. The place is clean and well-maintained. (I have a 10x10 indoor storage unit here, since December.) My only complaint is the lack of parking for a non-truck vehicle by the lower loading dock area. I either entirely block a loading dock I can't use or have to park off to the side where it's difficult to move the push-cart to. But, can't always have everything. Pretty normal for anyplace with loading docks.
