Spacious Storage gave me a great 50% deal off for the first 3 months when I got a 5x10 storage unit in Sept. 2024 (by signing up online at the time). It gave me peace of mind to have my large items stored inside a well-constructed, dry, and clean unit that had indoor access. The security is great, and they supply carts for moving your stuff, and even boxes if you need them. Most of all, it alleviated my stress of wondering where I could store my large items, since I am a former Hadgraft Wilson Place resident that had to evacuate during the Easter Weekend in 2024 due to the downtown UBCO campus construction. All of us had to get our stuff out when it was safe to enter the building, and having my storage unit enabled me to eventually find a place to live where I had space for my furniture, etc. I used my unit for 6 months, and I can heartily recommend Spacious Storage!

I recently had the pleasure of using Spacious Storage, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever encountered. They took the time to understand my storage needs, explained all the options available, and made the entire process seamless. It was clear that they genuinely cared about providing the best possible service. The facility itself is top-notch—immaculately clean, well-organized, and incredibly secure. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making sure everything is maintained to the highest standard. Even though the cost is slightly higher than some other storage companies, the level of service, peace of mind, and quality of the facility make it worth every penny. I would highly recommend Spacious Storage to anyone looking for a premium storage experience. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer in me!

Was happy with the service before it recently changed hands. Cant’t reach anyone to speak with.. the automated prompts are garbled and keep telling me they didn’t receive my response when I enter numbers to be directed through their phone automation. Bogus. Not impressed
