I've had a great experience with SmartStop Self Storage, and I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts to help improve their service even further. First off, Rob, the staff member I’ve interacted with, is fantastic. He’s incredibly friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers and goes out of his way to make the process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself feels secure, which is important to me. Even though there are a few homeless individuals living outside the perimeter, the building is well-maintained and gives a strong impression of safety. The storage units are designed in a way that makes it very difficult for anyone to access units that aren’t theirs, which adds peace of mind. One small concern I’ve had is with the flooring on the level where my unit is located. There are some noticeable cracks that make me a bit uneasy when walking through, especially when carrying items. It hasn’t caused any issues so far, but addressing that could make the experience feel even safer. As for the service itself—honestly, I couldn’t ask for anything more. Everything from the rental process to accessing my unit has been smooth and efficient. I feel well taken care of. Thanks again to the team at SmartStop for providing a reliable and secure storage solution. Keep up the great work!

Rob was very professional and helpful. Everything was explained clearly, including all of the important security features of the building and property. The location itself is spotlessly clean and close to downtown. For what I needed, the price was very good. Great value and service.
