I recently rented a unit at Smart Stop in Kelowna and had the absolute best experience thanks to Rob. From the moment I walked in feeling overwhelmed and unsure about what size I needed, Rob was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all my (many!) questions without ever making me feel rushed, and explained everything in a way that immediately put me at ease.
Rob’s calm and friendly demeanor made what could have been a stressful move so much smoother. He genuinely cares about helping customers find the right solution and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything before I signed anything. I left feeling confident and actually relieved! which is not something I expected from renting a storage unit!

I've had a great experience with SmartStop Self Storage, and I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts to help improve their service even further.
First off, Rob, the staff member I’ve interacted with, is fantastic. He’s incredibly friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers and goes out of his way to make the process smooth and stress-free.
The facility itself feels secure, which is important to me. Even though there are a few homeless individuals living outside the perimeter, the building is well-maintained and gives a strong impression of safety. The storage units are designed in a way that makes it very difficult for anyone to access units that aren’t theirs, which adds peace of mind.
One small concern I’ve had is with the flooring on the level where my unit is located. There are some noticeable cracks that make me a bit uneasy when walking through, especially when carrying items. It hasn’t caused any issues so far, but addressing that could make the experience feel even safer.
As for the service itself—honestly, I couldn’t ask for anything more. Everything from the rental process to accessing my unit has been smooth and efficient. I feel well taken care of.

My experience with Rob was amazing! He is so kind, helpful and really friendly. He explained every single instructions to us with a lot of patience and time and he himself showed us how to access the gate, the storage itself, how to use the lift using the access code and everything. He was super helpful and I
would recommend everyone to get their service done from him. 10/10!!!!!!
