Spacious Storage on Ellis

Spacious Storage met my storage needs on very short notice and made the whole process very easy from start to finish. The facility is secure, access is straightforward, and the location was super convenient for me. On top of all this, the staff are very friendly and helpful in the office as well as on the phone. I know where to go for any future storage needs!

An amazing and safe place to store your stuff! Well secured, clean, temperature controlled building with easy accessibly and great facilities and tools. Very flexible hours and very easy to contact. All staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful for all the questions I had, even when I forgot my password it was a very quick fix. From start to finish renting from them was a very easy and quick process with no hassle, and as a very sentimental person attached to her stuff it was nice to not feel worried about leaving my stuff there. If I ever need to store anything again, they will be my first choice!

I would rate this facility a 6 out of 5 if I could. Spotless. Easy access. But it’s the staff that is so impressive. When I was arranging to rent a unit the service was so good I felt like I was renting the penthouse at the Four Seasons. I would recommend this downtown business to everyone.

Ericka helped me get into the perfect space and even made such an outstanding effort to come in on her day off to ensure I was well taken care of. The facility is very clean, safe and secure. Location is wonderful, close to downtown and easy to navigate. Prices are fantastic and they even offer insurance on hand! The customer service and efforts made by Ericka will have me 1000 percent recommending this facility to everyone! A big thanks to you !!

Friendly welcoming staff when enquired ..., safe and clean storage building, easy access to storage. Spacious Storage staff went above and beyond not once,but twice for us...had issues with 2 payments -of course I was embarrased- they weren't rude and demanding - instead they listened to our explanation and situation ,accepted our apology with understanding ..Thank you very much!!
